Emoji licences
Four emoji styles, three of them drawn by other people and used under an open licence. Here is which is which, and what each licence asks for.

Nothing is downloaded for this one. The glyphs are drawn by the emoji font already installed on the phone, tablet or computer you are using, which is why they look exactly like the emoji in your keyboard. That artwork belongs to whoever makes your operating system, and we neither ship nor embed it; your device draws it, the same as when you take a screenshot.

Twemoji, the flat open-source set, now maintained as a community fork. The graphics are licensed CC BY 4.0, which asks for attribution. This page is it.

Fluent Emoji, in its three-dimensional cut. Released under the MIT licence, which permits use, modification and redistribution with the copyright notice kept, which is what this entry is.

Blobmoji, the round-bodied set Android drew before it changed shape, kept going as a community project. Apache 2.0 permits use and redistribution with the notice kept. This entry is that notice.

What you make here
The wallpaper is rendered in your browser and never uploaded, so nothing you make is stored by this site. Every wallpaper is yours to use: as a wallpaper, printed, posted, or sold. Where a licence asks for attribution it asks it of us, for redistributing the artwork, and this page carries it.
One set is deliberately absent. OpenMoji is share-alike, which could be read as attaching its terms to the wallpapers people make here, a condition we are not willing to put on your files.
