Short version: this is a free tool with no account, your wallpaper is yours, and we make no promises beyond the site working as described.

Using the site

Emoji Wallpaper is free to use, requires no sign-up, and runs entirely in your browser. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, the only step available is not to use the site, since there is no account to close.

What you make here

Every wallpaper is rendered on your own device and downloaded as a plain image file. It is yours to use, including commercially, with no watermark and nothing to attribute back to us.

The emoji artwork inside a design belongs to its own designers and carries its own licence, separate from ours. See emoji licences for who drew what and what each licence permits.

A shared link is a design, not an upload

Copying a link packs the whole design into the URL after the #. Nothing is stored on a server when you do this, and anyone who opens that link rebuilds the same design in their own browser.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and rendering correctly across devices, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or being unable to use the site. Since nothing you make is ever uploaded, the practical exposure is small: there is no account data and no stored design for anything to happen to.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version. There is no separate notice, because there is no account to send one to.
